About

This page is where I’ll keep my ArmA2/ArmA2OA scripting examples and links to demo missions.  Enjoy!

Awesome job with writing all those examples, they’re very useful.

I would suggest to put some of them (or links to them) on comunity wiki next to related commands or functions. Lot more people could reach them that way.

Wow – nice site ! It’s obvious you’ve come up with a slightly better approach than google-sites which is what I use ! Kudos for providing the examples.

Kylania, thanks for the help that you have given me. It is much appreciated. Thank you. Great site. The only thing that I ask is maybe for us beginners give a little more detail on how to actually setup the example scripts that you have, because I have been trying to figure some of them out, but I’m not sure where and who to give the commands to, etc… but you are a very skilled and talented person. I’m glad I came across you and all your help.

    Hey Ky,

Any chance you can teach us how to create a mission that has randomly generated mission objectives please?

I am a big fan of Bon’s Hunt Waldo and TFOR missions as well as Wiper’s Cipher, where each time you play the mission objective is in a different location.

Are you able to create a tutorial and perhaps a sample mission that shows how the mission maker can:

1 – add a bunch of markers to a map
2 – have the mission randomly generate around any of those markers

    Thanks mate 😉

I actually have a post on Armaholic that covers that. Till I make it into a post here you can find it at this address:

Ky, when you bring tute over to the website, would you mind adding in the extra function of having multiple markers on a map please?
